| Abstract: | El documento contiene cuatro secciones: la primera presenta los antecedentes del sector cafetero en términos de su importancia internacional y nacional; antecedentes de la zonificación de cultivo de café, el marco político y el marco normativo de la cadena; la segunda parte, aborda el marco conceptual, basado en un enfoque multidisciplinario que toma en consideración los principios y fundamentos del esquema de evaluación de tierras, el enfoque socioecosistémico y el enfoque de competitividad, los cuales se abordan en términos de criterios de carácter físico, socioecosistémico y socioeconómico, respectivamente; la tercera sección presenta la metodología de la zonificación, desde la definición del tipo de utilización de la tierra (TUT), hasta la evaluación y comparación de las matrices multicriterio (biofísica y socioeconómica); la cuarta parte muestra los resultados de la zonificación. |
| Description: | The document contains four sections: the first presents the background of the coffee sector in terms of its international and national importance; background of coffee zoning, the political framework and the regulatory framework of the chain; the second part, addresses the conceptual framework, based on a multidisciplinary approach that takes into consideration the principles and foundations of the land evaluation scheme, the socio-ecosystemic approach and the competitiveness approach, which are addressed in terms of criteria of a physical, socio-ecosystemic and socioeconomic nature, respectively; the third section presents the zoning methodology, from the definition of the type of land use (TUT), to the evaluation and comparison of the multi-criteria matrices (biophysical and socioeconomic); the fourth part shows the zoning results. |
