dc.description	La anotación basada en evidencia de transcripción se llevó a cabo mediante el uso de Augustus (Stanke et al., 2006a, 2006b, 2008), se utilizaron más de 44 millones de transcritos (Illumina PE-150), obtenidos de experimentos de RNAseq de hojas de café inoculadas en diferentes etapas de desarrollo de la enfermedad. Se utilizaron transcritos obtenidos de experimentos realizados por la Disciplina de Fitopatología - CENICAFE y de datos almacenados en la base de datos pública SRA de NCBI. En total, se identificaron 12,870 genes en la secuencia enmascarada de elementos transponibles y el 82% de esos genes se distribuyeron en 19 scaffolds mayores de 10 Mb.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Gene evidence-based annotation was performed by Augustus (Stanke et al. 2006a, 2006b, 2008) using more than 44 M transcripts (Illumina PE-150) obtained from RNAseq experiments of inoculated coffee leaves at different disease development stages. These transcripts were obtained from a series of projects conducted by Plant Pathology – CENICAFE and from public data stored on the SRA database of NCBI. In total, 12,870 genes were called on the transposable elements masked sequence and 82% of those genes were distributed on 19 scaffolds larger than 10 Mb.	es_ES
